revised in response to review comments received from, and subsequent conversations with Gary.
We now believe that the City's comments and questions regarding the original scheme have been
addressed.

I site plan that do not alter the accepted parking ratio or traffic flow may be approved by the Land
USC Planning Manager". Since the changes we are proposing are minor, and we are not altering
the existing parking ratio on the property, we formally request your review and approval of the
enclosed drawings.
We understand that you will be having a staff review meeting on Monday, January 7, and, due to
the critical nature of our schedule for this project, we would appreciate your review at that
meeting. J
