Please find attached our completed application, three (3) sets
sign plan drawings, and necessary fee payment. The following
information on this pro,ject is submitted for your considera-
tion:
A. Sign plan is designed to conform to previous CUP approval as
noted on building plans for size and location: A. 150 Square feet maximum for pro.ject.
B. 112.5 Sq. ft. wall sign
C. 35 Sq. ft. monument sign
B. Signs are designed to be architecturally compatible with
building colors and materials.
C. Placement of signs is intended to identify the project for
customers in the vicinity.
D. Sign plan conforms to City of Carlsbad sign ordinance.
As you can see we have made a concerted effort to design a sign
plan that: conforms to the previous approval, compliments the
archi.tect1lre of this prqgect, and meets the requirements of the
City of Carlsbad sign +dinance. Please feel free to call me
