RE: SIGN PERMIT 92-18 CARLSBAD RANCH MARKET
Dear Mr. Grillo:
This letter is a follow up to our telephone conversation on March 14. In regards to the
sign application for Carlsbad Ranch Market located at 6118 Paseo Del Norte, it has been
determined that a sign program is required prior to the issuance of any additional signs on
the site. This requirement comes from the Conditional Use Permit, CUP 162(B), that
allows the operation of Tip Top meats and the Carlsbad Ranch Market on the site. The
Sign Program is used to ensure the signage for the site is uniform and integrated with the
site.
The Sign program is developed by the property owner and reviewed/approved by the
Planning Department.
