REVIEW FOR SIGN PERMITS
All plans submitted for sign permitdsign programs shall consist of a minimum of a site plan and
sign elevations containing the following information:
1. North arrow and scale.
2. Location of existing buildings or smctures, parking areas, and vehicular access
points to the property.
3. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
4. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding signs.
5. Provide an elevation for all proposed si& which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed signs.
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Proposed sign copy.

MONUMENT SIGNS:
1. A single monument sign shall be permitted on the Palomar Airport Road frontage.
2. A single monument sign shall be permitted on the Camino Vida Roble frontage.
3. Monument signs shall be limited to the display of gasoline pricing and gas station

MISCELLANEOUS:
1. Subsequent to any wall sign changes, all portions of the building face affected by
the previous sign and which are not covered by the changed wall sign, shall be
restored to its original condition.
2. This sign program is all inclusive. Unless specified by this program, no other
signage or variations to the stated provisions are allowed.
3. Deviations from this sign program shall be permitted only upon successful
completion of Sign Program Amendment approved by the Planning Director.
4. Text, color, letter style, and location of all signs shall be as depicted on reference
exhibit "A" dated April 1,1992.
5. Spandrel and pump island signs are considered ancillary directional signage and
shall be permitted only as shown on exhibit "A".
