North arrow and scale. 2. Location of existing buildings or smctures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to the property. 3. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property. 4. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding signs. 5. Provide an elevation for all proposed si& which specifies the following: A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed signs. B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of. C. Proposed sign copy. A single monument sign shall be permitted on the Palomar Airport Road frontage. 2. A single monument sign shall be permitted on the Camino Vida Roble frontage. 3. Monument signs shall be limited to the display of gasoline pricing and gas station 4. Monument base materials shall be reflective of the surrounding on-site 5. Deviations from this sign program shall be permitted only upon successful completion of Sign Program Amendment approved by the Planning Director. 4. Text, color, letter style, and location of all signs shall be as depicted on reference exhibit "A" dated April 1,1992. 5.
