Owners approval of the attached application for signage approval
is mecificallv subject to prior signage rights of Home Savings
of America on the west side of the property. Approval of this sign by the City of Carlsbad shall not limit owners right to install signage on the northern and southern sides of the building in those locations labeled @IB1I in Exhibit F-3 (copy
attached hereto for reference).
