This sign program is restricted to allowing one sign on the property as shown on the attached exhibits. Its to be a monument sign not to exceed 3 feet in height and 5 feet 6 inches in length. Signage on both sides of the sign is permitted. The monument sign shall be: a) constructed of wood of which type shall be approved by the landlord and planning department, b) located and designed as shown on the attached exhibit, c) colored beige with dark brown trim, 2. For purposes of any amendments to this sign program, the maximum square footage of signage permitted on the property and building is 60 square feet (1.5 x 40 lineal feet of building street frontage = 60 square feet). 3. Placement, colors, and design of the sign faces on the supporting monument shall be determined by the landlord. In no case shall any sign be placed extending beyond the perimeter of the supporting monument. 4. Signs shall be limited to advertising the tenants name only. Logos may be permitted, but shall be considered as a part of the sign and must be confined within the sign area. 4. All sign(s) shall, at a minimum, meet the requirements of Chapter 21.41 titled of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. 5.
