Dear Janet:
Enclosed kindly find three copies of the proposed signs for the referenced location. I discussed with Gaylon the fact that these do not comply with the Sign Criteria as approved by the City of Carlsbad. A total of three signs are approved for this building.
Although the type 'ID" signs do not allow stacking, Landlord will approve it and it will be up to the City to deny approvals. Gaylon advised me that you have a copy of the program and will be able to
revise the plans to comply.
The Landlord feels that given the alterrle te "D" locations;, the one
facing Dove Lane would be most. beneficial, Rl,ndly forward the
revised plans to my office for prompt response and approveil. If
you have any qucstions, please give me a call.
