RE: PSY-51 CARLSBAD DISTRIBUTION SIGN PROGRAM 79
Dear Mr. Radford:
I have received a letter from the property owner guaranteeing the removal of the Stillman
Seal sign at the end of their lease. However, this does not meet the condition of approval
for Site Development Plan 91 -12. The condition reads that "the sign program shall
include the removal of the existing non-conforming sign on the east side of Building "B"
prior to approval of the first occupancy permit. If this wording is placed on the Sign
Program, then the Program would be approvable. The issue of the actual removal of the
sign, prior to the issuance of the first occupancy permit, would still remain.
