NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL CODE VIOLATION
ORDER TO REMOVE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: As the owner or occupant of the property located at 6305 El Camino Real,
you are hereby notified that you are in violation of Carlsbad Municipal Code, Section 18.20.005 for
displaying a sign without approval or permits.
You are hereby ordered to be in full compliance with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
not later than October 1, 1994. For you to be in full compliance you shall complete one of the
following:
1. Remove the wall mounted Artecon sign
or
2. Make application to the Planning Department for a specific sign program to permit the
wall mounted sign.
This matter will be referred to the City Attorney's Office for legal action if you fail to comply by the
above referenced date.
