PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
Two sets of the following plans shall be submitted with one copy of this applicarion form;..
1. A site plan showing: The location of the sign and business it semes, and any adjoining streets, ;.-

2. An elevation showing: Exterior dimensions of the sign; sign materials; proposed'sign copy; and cbllors.
The plans, completed application fonns including all signatures and the application fee can be submitted to
the Planning Department located at 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92009, prior to 4 pm.
