Dear Mr. Scamell:
On May 31,1994 the City approved your plans to construct an Automatic Teller Machine
at the property located within the Plaza Paseo Real shopping center.
Because the city understands that the project will no& be developed, the City, per your
request, will consider that amendment, Site Development Plan 86-11 (C), to be null and
void. All conditions of SDP 86-ll(A) are still applicable to the site and must be complied
with in there entirety.
