Two sets of the following plans shall be submitted with one CODY of this. apulication form and the application - fee:
1. A site plan showing: The location of the sign and business it serves, and any adjoining streets, driveways,
doorways, fire and handicap access.
2. An elevation showing: Exterior dimensions of the sign; sign materials; proposed sign copy; and colors.
The plans, completed application forms including all sirnatures and the application fee can be submitted to
the Planning Department located at 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92009, prior to 4 p.m.
