Two sets of the following plans shall be submitted with one CODY of this. aDplication form and the amlication - fee:
1. A site plan showing: The location of the sign and business it serves, and any adjoining streets, driveways,
doorways, fire and handicap access.
2. An elevation showing: Exterior dimensions of the sign; sign materials; proposed sign copy; and -colors.
The plans, completed application forms includinn-all sirnatures and the application fee can be submitted to
the Planning Department located at 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92009, prior to 4 p.m.

These guidelinca are to assist the sign designer and compliment the mandatory ordinance standards. They are
intended to encourage a high level of design quality wtule also providing flexibility to eacounge creative dcrign.
The sign design should be simple and easy (0 rud. Use a brief mge. The few= tbe Wotb. the more effeftive
