Dear Mr. Wayne:
Please accept this letter as confirmation of our telephone conversation this afternoon. Per our mutual
agreement, Boston Pacific, Inc. will work with the your department to reach a solution concerning the
proper treatment for the existing awning. If we are not able to reach an agreement, other administrative
options would be available to Boston Pacific. Boston Pacific, Inc. further agrees to initiate this process of
resolution with your department no later than the first week of January, 1995. In consideration of this
effort, the City Planning Department will release its objections concerning Boston Pacific’s, Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy (C of 0). As we discussed, the store is scheduled to open on Tuesday, December
27,1994, therefore your immediate attention and release to the Building Department is greatly
appreciated.
