AU plans submitted for sign permiahign programs shall consist of a minimum of a site plan and
sign elevations containing the foUowing information:
2. Location of existing building or strictures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to the property.

Boston Pacific, Inc. ("BPI") hereby authorizes the following person to act on
its behalf in obtaining permits fiom the Building Department and sign permit
applications in its behalf. I am properly licensed as required by the State of
Califomia.
BPI assumes fbll responsibility under the law for permits taken by persons
authorized to act on its behalf.
This authorization shall continue until the Department of Building and Safety
is notified in writing that such authorization is canceled by its contractor.
