RE: POSTING OF PUBLIC NOTICING WITHIN STREET lRIGHT-OF-'WAY
Ms. Woods:
On Friday, September 22, SDG&E removed the public noticing signs for the Batiquitos
Power Line Project. The noticing signs were removed from rights-of-way along Alga
Road and Alicante Road as noted in the map attached to our noticing application.
We would like to request that the City begin the process necessary to facilitate the refund
of our $200.00 deposit.
