Re: Sin Plan Revisiom (PS 95-67)
Dear Ms. Hysong:
Per our discussion on Monday, December 12,1995, I have made revisions to the sign plans which were
submitted to your department last November 15,1995. Enclosed, please find three (3) sets of sign plans
consisting of two sheets each (Sheet G-1 - Site Plan, Sheet M-1 - Sign plan).
The proposed monument sign which will replace an existing 20' pole sign has been revised to show a 2'
earthen berm surrounding the footing of the monument sign. The earthen berm will be landscaped as
indicated on the plans as well as irrigated. A planter curb will be constructed around the monument sign for
protection from erosion and automobiles.
Ms. Hysong, if you have any comments or questions, please do not hesitate to call me. Texaco is eager to
upgrade the existing signage. Thank you for your assistance.
