Enclosed is our check in the amount of $490.00, which represents the City fee for appeal
to Planning Commission on the above referenced matter.
Our appeal will be based upon the premise that the total square footage of signage
allowed within the Master Plan has not been exceeded, and the precedent has been set
elsewhere in the City.
Please advise us when this item will be scheduled for Planning Commission.
