Re Public Access Signage at Poinsettia Shores
Dear Mr. Whitehead:
YOU have submitted details of the proposed signage for a portion of the public trai 1 system approved in Coastal Development Permit (CDP) #6-85-482. Thi s part of the trail system is located next to the desiltation basin in Planning Area L. We understand this trail has been constructed and the proposed signage would notify the public of public access opportunities to the observation point, including the six space parking lot meant for lagoon trail parking only. The proposed signage is in substantial conformance with the signage plan approved as condition compliance in Special Condition #13 (Public Access) of CDP #6-85-482; therefore, it can be accepted.
