AS we had discussed earlicr, Dean Witter has recently entered into a ten year lease agreement and utilims a significant portion OF the icase space in building "A" (5927 Priestly Drive), Cxivello Corporation is interested in providing their major tenant with grater visibilily and identity. Currently, the Crivcllo Commerce Center utilizes only the small concrete monument signs at the three entrances from Ruthehid Road and Priestly Drive. These signs only identie the Crivello Commercc Center and do not idcnlXy a major tenant. Two other single stay buildings on the site which have individual tenant storefront enlrances, utilize individual exterior signs locaccd on the entrance doors to the suites. We believe the addition of this single building sign in one location. done in a tagew manner as slmm will offer a dcgEC of ideidity that a major tenant customarily receives, and promote a healthy business environment in the commuaity.
