RE: The Atrium - PS 96-42
Dear Mr. Holt:
Thank you for your application of a sign program for The Atrium located at 2714 Loker
Avenue West. As I mentioned on the phone today, there are a few items that should be
added to the program prior to approval.
1. Section IV - Monument - Please referance the site plan for the placement of the
monument, i.e. monument shall be located generally as shown on “Exhibit X”.
2. Section V - Building Tenant I.D. - Please add “Only one sign type #2 shall be allowed
per building elevation” and “Only two sign type #2 shall be allowed for the building”.
Please resubmit one copy of the amended sign program for review and approval.
