As you have probably heard, Home Savings of America was the successful bldder for 81 First Interstate Bank branches. We antidpate closfng the transadion in September of 1996. Upon dosing, Homa Savings of America proposes to complete certain signage modificatians.
Pursusn? to the Lease for the above referenced prpperty. Home Savings is pviding notice for the following work:
Remove all of the existing First lrrtetstate Bank exterior building signage. lnctuding any detached monument or pole signs and replace with Home Sayiw of America signs,
