Enclosed are copies of the new Remind Aiiicrica sign, whicli we are submitting for your approval.
Although, according to our lease agreenicnt, it is not in compliance as to color only, we ask (since otlier
tenants are not in compliance) that a waiver of the restrictions of the sign be approved by tlic Landlord.
Also enclosed is an application for the City permit rcquiring information wliicli we do not have, and for
the signature of our Landlord.
I apologize for any inconvenience wliicli niay lime been caused by obtaining the sign prior to your
approval. However, we hope you will grant us a waiver on our sign, as apparently otlier tenants have beeti
waived.
