RE: Review of Entry Monument at Four Seasons Hotel Avfara
At a meeting at the City on 10/8/96, Robert Green and 1 met with Frank Jimeno and
Richard Allen.. The primary topic was the addition to tough grading plan 346-7A by
construction change of retaining walls in the parking area and temis courts of the
Sports Club so that the Sports Club would not require a separate grading permit. In
addition, we presented for review the proposed entry monument at Four Seasons Poin
(formerly Blue Heron Place) at Aviara Parkway (formerly Alga Rd.). Attachments 1,
2, and 3 are copies of what have been submitted to the planning department's Mike
Grim for approval. Attachment 4 WRS reviewed in the meeting of 10/8/96, The
conclusion reached was that the proposed monument in the median was acceptable
with respect to sight distance criteria, Please contact me if you have any questions on
