The sign program for the Carlsbad Company Stores only allows one wall sign for each building elevation. Since the site is a corner space, two signs may be permitted. The program allows signs on the flat portion of the building elevation and permits one of these to be an alternate, which may be located on the curved storefront portion of the building. See attached excerpts from the sign program for the Company Stores. Details of the blade signs must be submitted if to be approved as part of this application. Design details (sign type T-2) are given in the Sign Program. Please provide a copy of the approval by the Landlord or have the plans signed or stamped by the landlord.
