NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL CODE VIOLATION
ORDER TO REMOVE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: As the person in charge of the CB Commercial sign
located at 5130 Avenida Encinas, you are hereby notified that you are in violation of
Carlsbad Municipal Code, Section 21.41010(b), for maintaining a sign in the City of
Carlsbad without approval or permits.
You are hereby ordered to be in full compliance with the provisions of Carlsbad
Municipal Code no later than December 1, 1997. For you to be in full compliance
you shall remove the sign no later than the above referenced date. If you would like
to erect a sign, please submit an application for a sign permit to the Planning
Department. If you have any questions about obtaining a sign permit, please
contact Greg Fisher at (760)438-1161 ext. 4328. This matter may be referred to the
City Attorney's office for legal action if you fail to comply by the above referenced
date.
