The purpose of this letter is to provide you with an overview of the documentation
pertaining to my application for a sign permit at 7201 Avenida Encinas in Carlsbad.
Please note that, essentially, the project involves removing the existing wood panel and
installing a Sintra panel with new lettering in the same location.
I have enciosed a check for $30.00 for the permit fee.
