To Whom it may concern:
This letter is a request for approval of a Comprehensive Sign Program. The subject property
is located at 2051 Palomar Road, in Carlsbad. This proposal consists of adding twenty one (21)
square feet of tenant signage onto a existing concrete monument which is at present forty (40)
square feet. the overall height will increase from 4' at the center of sign to 6'6". The copy will
advertise the center name plus three tenant names. The monument is non-illuminated and will
remain so.
The existing building will be partitioned into four tenants which will be allowed a wall sign on
the facia of the building. Three of the tenant wall signs will be located on the north elevation,
the forth tenant will be located on the west elevation.
I am submitting 3 sets of prints plus 1 color print, all dimensions all included in the submittal.
