Dear Stan:
I have completed a review of the Sign Program submitted for the subject project and have
the following recommendations and comments:

The Master Plan is being developed by different developerhuilders and it is apparent
from the information submitted that signage is integrated into entry statements which
in some instances, are a part of the perimeter walls surrounding the Master Plan area.
Therefore, the Planning Department recommends that the proposed sign program
establish uniform design elements, materials, colors, and size standards for project
entry monumentation and signage, perimeter walls, and planning area entry
monumentation and signage.
Please refer to the attached red lined sign program and return with future submittals to
enable further review.
