SUBJECT: PS 9X-08 - SIGN PERMIT
Dear Mr. Grigoras:
Thank you for your sign permit application. There are a couple of things that need to be done
before the permit can be issued. The sign design and size has been approved by the
Redevelopment office. During Engineering’s review of the sign, it was determined that the sign
should be moved one foot further away from the street, placing the sign at 5 1 feet from the
centerline of the street. ‘This will place the sign outside the ultimate right-of-way of Carlsbad
Boulevard. You can note this change on the plans at the Planning Department when you pick up
the permit.
The Building department will not issue a building permit for the sign until the building has
received a certificate of occupancy. Please contact the building department regarding this issue
