Enclosed please find copies of your signage stamped "Approved As Noted " by Landlord. This
approval is subject to all required governmental approvals. Please be aware that prior to
installation of any signage at the above-referenced facility, Tenant must provide our offices with a
copy of the sign permit and a certificate of insurance from Tenant's sign contractor naming
additional insured's as per the attached list.
Contractor to provide with an updated Liability Insurance, Workers Comp, and an Auto Insurance
prior to commencing work.
