All plans submitted for sign pcxmitdsign programs shall consist of a minimum of a site plan and sign
elevations contrririirig the following information:
1. North mow and scale.
2. Lbcation of existing buildings or stnrcturcs, parking area, and vehicular access points tu
the property.
3. Location of all existing and proposed sign9 for the propty.
4. Distance to the property line@) for all proposed freestanding sign($).
5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign{@ which specifics the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and propoxd si&l(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be cons~cted of.
C. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SWBMfT THREE (3) SETS OF STGN/S"E PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND "H-E APPLICATION FXE.
