NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 1999, to consider a request for an
appeal of the Planning Director’s decision to deny a sign program for the Cornerstone
Corporate Centre office project located on lots 7, 8, II, and 15 in the Carlsbad Airport
Center (Specific Plan 181 (A)) adjacent to Palomar Oaks Way and Wright Place in Local
Facilities Management Zone 5 and more particularly described as:
Lots 7, 8, 11, and 15 of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-46 Unit No. I,
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to map thereof No. 11287, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 16,
1985.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the
public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after May 13, 1999. If
you have any questions, please call Chris DeCerbo in the Planning Department at (760)
438~1161, extension 4445.
If you challenge the appeal of the Planning Director’s decision to deny a sign program
in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at
the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the
City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
