The following revisions must be made in order for the permit to be approved: 1. The maximum permitted sign structure height is 8 feet. Please revise the sign trellis to not exceed the 8 foot maximum height. 2. The sign area dimensions must be revised as shown on sheet Ll . 1. The height dimension must include the flower design. 3. Please revise the property line to correctly show the existing property line. Please refer to sheet L1.l. 4. Please replace the proposed eucalyptus tree species with another selection as eucalyptus is not allowed in the Carlsbad Ranch Specific Plan area. Both documents call for white alders (alnus rhombifolia) as well as some other selections. 5. On sheet Ll .l and the section on sheet L5.1 please specify the maximum fence height. The fence should not exceed a height of 6 feet. 6. The project is required to use reclaimed water for irrigation. Approval from the Carlsbad Municipal Water District and the County Health Department is required for reclaimed water irrigation systems.
