In accordance with the CC&R Agreement, all the owners and tenants are required to maintain
the exterior of the buildings in a uniform and whitecturally harmonious condition.
We have reviewed your proposed signage plan dated January 12,1998 and it does not appear to
affect the overall appearance of the shopping center. We therefore approvc your proposed
signage replacement. Please note that you cannot dter or paint your building which is not
consistent with the entire property.
