Enclosed please find a copy of your signage stamped "ADbroved As Noted" by Landlord subject to
my and all required governmental approvals. Please be aware that prior to installation of any
signage at the above-referenced facility, Tenant must provide our offices with a copy of the sign
pennit and a certificate of insurance from Tenant's sign canfractor naming additional insureds as
per the attached list.
