Dear Robby,
This letter is to confirm the landlord is in receipt of your revised drawing submittal for signage at the
above referenced project. Please be advised, the drawings are approved with the following conditions:
I. The yellow faces with black trim cap is approved. The vinyl stripe on the letter lace is not
approved.
2. The existing sign, SHOCK VIDEO, is currently damaged. As discussed, the
lightening bolt neon is to be replaced to the original configuration in the same color, with the
missing piece replaced. Removal of the neon is not adequate repair and must be reinstalled to its
original condition with the neon.

3. The letter returns are to be black instead of the dark bronze to be more compatible with the
video sign.
Submit a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00 naming the following as
"additional insured" and a copy of the permit 3 days prior to installation.
