Dear Mr. Lynch:
Attached are three copies of the final version of the sign program for the subject property.
We have also included copies of the “existing” sign program for reference.
The proposed sign program package includes:
-Site Plan with sign locations and summary table
-Individual signs with dimensions
-Photo generated elevation of sign locations
The existing sign program package includes:
-Site Plan with sign locations and summary table
-Record drawings and photographs showing previously approved signs
We have made the following revisions based on our meeting and your meeting with Mr.
McPherson and Mr. Warren from Holiday Inn.
-The inconsistencies on the existing sign program have been corrected.
-Signs M2, M3, M4 are shown as directional only and on a separate table.
-Signs M1 and M5 are included in the summary.
-The column signs at the lobby (G) remained on the outside of the columns and
their size has been reduced to 10 sq. ft.

-Sign G (dormer sign) has been reduced to 20 sq.ft. and renamed as Sign E.
There will be three dormer signs, including the one you allowed on the west side of the
project .
-A note has been added to remove the monument sign base.
I believe we have addressed all of the issues raised in your letter of June 9, 1999.
