2. Location of existing buildings or structures, parking areas, and vehicular access

3. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
4. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding signs.
5. Provide an elevation for all proposed signs which specifies the following:

.As per our discussion today. we hereby approve your request to attach a sign to the building face
as described per fax with the following understanding:
1) Letters will be attached on the concrete face now painted turquoise above entry door. #I.
2) Sign will be unlighted- no electrical connections.
3) A miiiinial amount of holes as iiecessary will be drilled (2-3 ea. est.).
4) 5 Sign letters only, 12’” S 46” total length to read: ‘-ROMER’
