On behalf of the Design Review Committee (DRC) of Carlsbad Ranch and pursuant to
Section 6 of the Design Guidelines, the subject revised project signage program is hereby
“APPROVED ” as submitted.
Please note that any alteration(s) which affect the physical appearance of the building,
landscaping or site must be approved by the DRC. Additionally, any signage (project
and tenant) not approved by this or a previous application must be submitted to the DRC
for review and approval.
