RE: PS 99-86 - ISLAND @ CARLSBAD SIGN PROGRAM
Dear Mr. Lichter:
I have reviewed the resubmitted sign program for the Island @ Carlsbad. The sign types, sizes
and locations all look to be consistent with our discussions. There are some missing program
criteria which have to be included before we can approve the package.
Please revise the written criteria as shown on the enclosed marked sheet. Please include color
samples of the center’s approved color palette and photo examples of Halo illuminated reverse
channel letters and Open face channel letter with exposed neon.
Return the marked sheet with the revised written criteria.
