RE: TD WATERHOUSE SIGNS AT THE ISLANDaCARLSBAD
Dear Steve,
I have reviewed the sign information for TD Waterhouse and will make the recommendation that
the sign program should be amended to allow second story sign locations facing College
Boulevard. I will also make the recommendation that the TD Waterhouse sign is appropriate for
the building face fronting the parking lot, but should however be restricted to 12 square feet
consistent with the other upstairs ofice signs per the sign program.
Please be aware that my recommendation does not guarantee that the sign program
amendment will be approved by the Assistant Planning Director.
