The Planning Department has reviewed your Planned Unit Development Amendment Permit, application no. PUD 57(1-1) - HELE ADDITION, as to its completeness for processing. The application is complete, as submitted. Although the initial processing of your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication. The City may, in the course of processing the application, request that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise, supplement the basic information required for the application. In addition, you should also be aware that various design issues may exist. These issues must be addressed before this application can be scheduled for a hearing. The Planning Department will begin processing your application as of the date of this communication. At this time, the City asks that you provide one complete set of the development plans so that the project can continue to be reviewed. The lot size provided on the plans appears to differ from city records. Please verify the lot size and lot coverage figures and revise on the plans as necessary. 2. Please provide the existing lot coverage in addition to the proposed lot coverage. If lot coverage data changes in reference to Item 1 above, please revise the plans accordingly. 3. The property owner's radius map does not appear to meet the 100-foot minimum radius for nearby property owner noticing. Please submit a revised 100-foot radius map, property owner's list and address labels. Please reference Item II.D. of the attached Application Requirements for Planned Unit Development/Condominium Residential Addition Permit. Engineering: None Fire: None
