102/pUD-103/pUD-104/pUD-105/sDP 86-2 -PACIFIC RIM COUNTRY CLUB
AND RESORT -Request for the certification of an Environmental
Impact Report and approval of a General Plan Amendment, General
plan Amendment text change and a Master Plan for a 1,402 acre site
located immediately north of La Costa Avenue between Interstate 5
and El Camino Real. The approval of a Tentative Tract Map for
Phase I (531.1 acres), a Condominium Permit, three Planned Unit
Developments, a Non-Residential Planned Unit Development and a
Site Development P Ian for Planning Areas 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11 and
14 of Phase I is also requested.
This project was noticed for August 27, 1986. By mutual consent
of the City and the applicant, it has been renoticed to be heard
on September 3, 1986.
