O'Gara, owner of 3229 Valley Street, Carlsbad, do reapply for a Planned Unit Development, consisting of eight (8) single family residences. I have been informed by Michael Howes, employee of the ~'. City.of Carlsbad planning department, that this reapplication in no way jeopardizes the sewer capacity allowed me per the Phase II Allocation. Also, that the fees incurred by the owner to this point, will in no way be idjusted, altered, or again recharged by th~ City of Carlsbad.
