If you have any questions, please call the planning department at 602-4610. STEP 1 Complete and sign the attached application form. STEP 2 Provide the following documents and plans with your application form: ^1. Site plan - fully dimensioned, four (4) copies drawn to scale prepared on a 24" x 36" sheets folded to 8 1/2" x 11". The site plan shall include the following information: *a. Dimensions and locations of all structures on the property. b. Dimensions and locations of driveways. vc. Distance between buildings and/or structures. A'~ d. Location, height, and materials of walls and fences. /e. Property lines (bearings and distances) and centerlines of street, /f. Existing easements. \f g. The location of structures on all adjacent properties. /0/A" h. Location of "exclusive use areas". i. Lot size. j. Total building (lot) coverage - existing and proposed. ^k. Setback dimensions for required front, rear and side yards for all structures. ^1. Clear distinction between existing building area and proposed building area. m. Location Map. 2. Building elevations and floor plans - four (4) copies drawn to scale prepared on 24" x 36" sheets folded to 8 1/2" x 11" size. Floor plans shall indicate the proposed use of each room. Disclosure Statement FRM00023 05/03 Page 2 of 3 J.4. Public Noticing Information - The following information is needed to adequately inform surrounding property owners of your request for a PDRAP. A) A typewritten list of names and addresses of all property owners within a 50 foot radius of the subject property, including the applicant's and owner's address. The list shall include the San Diego County Assessor's parcel number from the latest assessment rolls. B) Two (2) separate sets of mailing labels of the property owners within a 50 foot radius of the subject property. For any address other than single family, . apartment or suite number must be included. DO NOT type assessors parcel number on the mailing labels. C) A map to scale not less than 1" = 100' showing each lot within 50 feet of the . exterior boundaries of the subject property. Each of these lots shall be consecutively numbered and correspond with the property owner' s list. The scale of the map may be reduced to scale acceptable to the Planning Director if the required scale is impractical. E) A statement to be signed by the applicant certifying that the information provided represents the latest equalized assessment rolls from the San Diego County Assessor' s Office. STEP 3 Submit application with information listed above to the planning department front counter before 4:00 PM. The application will not be accepted until all information listed above is available. A planner will check the application for completeness and fees (see fee schedule) will be paid with the submittal. Once the application is submitted, the project will be assigned to a planner. In the course of reviewing your application, staff may request additional items (i.e. preliminary title report, public facility fee agreement) be submitted in order to adequately review and process the application. Processing time is approximately 5 to 6 weeks. The planning director's decision to approve or deny your request for a planned development residential addition permit will be sent to you by mail.
