Re: Architectural Improvement
Dear Homeowner(s):
This letter is to advise you that the Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee (ARC) has
conditional approved your architectural request for the extension of the front entry of the house
and certain interior improvements per the specifications submitted and as conditioned below.
Please also refer to the conditional approval as stated in the January 25, 2005 tetter from The
Lightfoot Planning Group,
• Tower entry as indicated on prior drawings is not to be built. This has been confirmed
by residents.
• Revisions have been reviewed by ARC. The encroachment in the front side- yard set-back
that was previously identified is pre-existing to the original structure.
» ARC has reviewed and finds the revised submittalin compliance with regard to aesthetic
of the addition.
The acceptance of this improvement does not constitute acceptance of any installation details, nor
does it constitute acceptance by the Association as an item ofjuture maintenance; maintenance will
remain the responsibility of the owner. The enclosed notice of completion should be returned to us
at the conclusion of your improvement. Thankyou.
