The Planning Department has reviewed your Planned Development Amendment Permit, application no. PUD 88-04 (P), as to its completeness for processing. The application is complete, as submitted. Although the initial processing of your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication. The City may, in the course of processing the application, request that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise supplement the basic information required for the application. In addition, as identified on the attached sheet, you should also be aware that a design issue may exist. Staff encourages you to address this issue as soon as possible so that an expeditious determination can be made on your request . Under project data please show the total building coverage in a percentage form. 2. Please redesign the fireplace to show a maximum height limit of 14'. 3. On the main floor plan describe if there are any structural components to the outdoor shower such as a roof, doors or walls. 4. Please resubmit a new disclosure statement with owner and applicant signatures.
