EXHIBIT "A"
We are submitting a request to amend the existing site development permit (SDP 89-14).
This amendment will reduce the proposed size of approved office building from 15,380
. square feet to 9,800 square feet. Also, a reduction from two story (35 feet) down to one
story (21 feet) in height will occur. The actual building footprint will be increased by 8%.
The intended use of the new building will change from office to professional/medical office
use and the parking ratios for the new use has been revised. The architectural elements of
the building will match that of the existing buildings in color and type of materials/details.
Also, in conjunction with this submittal, we are adjusting the lot lines to accommodate the
proposed professional/medical office building's new footprint and increasing the size of the
day care's playground to the north. This will remove a portion of the existing parking lot
and replace it with a turf playground area with shade trees.
