This amendment must be publicly noticed and requires Planning Director approval. A proposed project requiring that multiple applications be filed must be submitted prior to 3:30 p.m. A proposed project requiring that only one application be filed must be submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. The following materials shall be submitted for each application or for combined applications on a single project. REQUIRED PLANS (All required plans shall be collated into complete sets, stapled together, then folded to 9" x 12" with lower right hand corner of plan visible.) PROCESSING TIME Processing times can vary greatly depending on the issues raised and the completeness and clarity of your submittal package. The Planning Director shall make his decision no sooner than 15 days after the City has mailed the property owner notices. Once the application is submitted, the project will be assigned to a planner. In the course of reviewing your application, staff may request additional items (i.e. preliminary title report) be submitted in order to adequately review and process the application. Processing time is approximately 5 to 6 weeks. The Planning Director's decision to approve or deny your request for a Planned Development Residential Addition Permit will be sent to you by mail.
